Lincoln City's Moses Swaibu has been charged with stealing a newspaper from a supermarket chain. The defender's alledged attempted theft happened on September 6th in the Tesco store on Wragby Road, Lincoln.
Swaibu, 21, has been with the Imps for just under 2 years having made his debut at Morecambe in February 2009. Inconsistent performances have seen him go from a player who won the Young Player of the Year to a player that is now given as one of the two main reasons City concede so many goals, the other being Joe Anyon.
Shortly after Lincoln lost 2-1 at Chesterfield, Swaibu is alledged to have attempted to steal a newspaper from the Tesco store on Wragby Road and he will appear at Lincoln Magistrates on February 18th.
To be honest, it was a tesco chicken AND a newspaper on 2 separate dates. Could think of song lyrics which would fit both of those products in, aswell :/
