In a survey conducted by the fans for this site earlier, the fans were generally keen on keeping four of the players who are out of contract at the end of the season. Out of nearly 100 surveys, every single one said they would keep Burch and Green, although Gilmour and Kerr also received respectable tallies.
Scott Kerr is currently the longest serving Imp after joining in 2005 from Scarborough and whether it's based on his playing ability or more of a sentimental feeling, 88/9% of fans would give Scott Kerr a new contract when his deal expires in the summer.
Brian Gilmour on the other hand is one of the newer members of the squad having made his debut at Northwich in the FA Cup in November. His is the first contract to expire and he is set to leave in late May. However, 77.8% feel that he would be worth offering a new contract.
However, neither of those players have the seemingly popularity of Paul Green and Rob Burch, both received every single person's vote for a new contract.
