Imps sign Reid

Lincoln have made what will likely turn out to be their final transfer of the season with the capture of James Reid. The youngster has been on trial for the reserves in recent weeks and struck in both of his games.

Reid was released by Forest and had spent some time with Rushden and Diamonds before signing up for City on a trial basis. He came highly recommended to the Imps and has had a glowing review from former City managerial candidate John Pemberton.

The youngster will go into the squad to face Hereford on Friday evening.

He's good with the ball at his feet,always like to look for a good pass aswell.
