EARTH Titans A-team take on Halifax Dukes in the next installment of their league campaign at Standeven Memorial Ground tommorrow. The Titans are currently second in the league having won all four of their games. Halifax are second from bottom having lost all of their games to date.
Looking ahead to tomorrow's game, A-team Coach Craig West said,
"This is a league game and its important for us to go up there and give a good account of ourselves. They are the bottom of the league and we're not going to sit back and rest; we'll be trying to get maximim points."
"To say that A-team rugby doesn't matter is nonsense, it means a lot to the lads and we want to impart something to the club. We want to do well in the league and we are travelling up there to beat them."
"The blindside flanker will be Ben Wade if fit. Number thirteen is a guy coming in from Sheffield Hallam University making his debut. We've got lads who play for the club who could fit in but he's a centre and we'll take the oppertunity to have a look at him."
"Tom Bullough is left out because Strauss, Outrim and Spon-Smith can all play at ten, so we thought we'd get the new centre involved to see what he can do."
"A win in this game will set up a top of the league clash next week against Doncaster."
