Nathan Tyson's career at Reading looks to be over after the Royals and local rivals Wycombe Wanderers agreed an undiclosed fee for the striker.Tyson should sign within the next few days. Many supporters don't have much faith in the club's academy at the moment and the news that Reading born striker Nathan Tyson is leaving will leave many Royals supporters dissapointed.

Its been a difficult time for Tyson.Making his breakthrough in the Royals squad at Christmas 2002,he scored his 1st goal for the club in the 2-1 victory over Derby County.

Tyson started to become a regular in the squad and in January 2003 he recieved a call up to the England U20's squad for the match against Germany U20's at the Madejski Stadium.Tyson was the star on show,with him scoring both goals in the 2-1 victory and he recieved the Sky Sports Man of the Match award.

He then started to become 1st choice as left winger,and played a major part in the 1-0 victory over Norwich setting up the goal which Malky Mackay put into his own net.

But Tyson was soon to be on the wrong end of ex Royals boss Alan Pardew after being sent off against Bradford City.Though the red card was over turned,it didn't prove to work for Tyson and he was then dismissed again in the PlayOff Semi Final 1st Leg against Wolves are a reckless challenge on Paul Butler.

Tyson was to be suspended for 3 games which would have a major effect in his role in the 1st team squad.

After the departure of Alan Pardew and Steve Coppell taking charge,Coppell said Tyson needed 1st team games and a loan spell to Wycombe was a great move.

Its proved to good that Tony Adams wants him to stay with Wycombe.

Tyson is a player with pace,though tends to struggle to use it.He is left footed and could prove to be a great signing for Wycombe.

We expect Tyson's moves to be completed within the next day or so and we all wish him the best success at Wycombe.
