Borussia Dortmund midfielder Tomas Rosicky has revealed that English Premiership club Chelsea has shown an interest in his services.

"Yes, it's true. I have known for eight or nine days now of Chelsea's interest," Rosicky told Prague newspaper Sport.

It has been reported that Dortmund have asked the players to take a pay cut to prevent their bank from being completely emptied and Rosicky's sale would improve their financial services.

"If someone - like in the case of Jens Lehmann - wants to leave and the price is right, then we can discuss it," Dortmund business manager Michael Meier said.

Dortmund are currently mid-table with relegation a possibility if they do not improve on their recent performances.
