DAVID Beckham will return to Old Trafford next week, just two months after leaving Manchester United for Real Madrid, as England take on Liechtenstein in a crucial Euro 2004 qualifier. Beckham, arguably the world's best right winger, will once again grace the Old Trafford turf next Wednesday as he leads the England National Team in their Euro 2004 qualifier against Liechtenstein.

This coming Saturday England travel to Macedonia.

Beckham will link up with former Manchester United team-mates Rio Ferdinand, Gary Neville, Phil Neville and Nicky Butt for the two crucial games. Missing though will be Paul Scholes who is out with a hernia problem.

England are currently two points behind Group 7 leaders Turkey but have a game in hand.

The last time England played at Old Trafford David Beckham scored a last-ditch goal in front of the Stretford End against Greece to take them to the World Cup Finals.

Squad:
David James (West Ham), Paul Robinson (Leeds United), Ian Walker (Leicester City), Wayne Bridge (Chelsea), Ashley Cole (Arsenal), Rio Ferdinand (Manchester United), Sol Campbell (Arsenal), Danny Mills (Middlesbrough), Phil Neville (Manchester United), John Terry (Chelsea), Gary Neville (Manchester United), David Beckham (Real Madrid), Nicky Butt (Manchester United), Joe Cole (Chelsea), Kieron Dyer (Newcastle United), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), Frank Lampard (Chelsea), Danny Murphy (Liverpool), Owen Hargreaves (Bayern Munich), Trevor Sinclair (Manchester City), James Beattie (Southampton), Emile Heskey (Liverpool), Michael Owen (Liverpool), Wayne Rooney (Everton)

Will Beckham receive a warm reception for his return to Old Trafford?
