When will the tide turn for Harriers or will it ever ? The under performance continues as Harriers sit just above the drop zone.The poor performances are not just Harriers though, with excrement official again involved for the 2nd time in a week.

Bad Day at the Office

Apologies for late update but really it is hard to sum up in words the terrible time we are having of late. Without actually going to Southend it is difficult to comment other than any defeat to 2 penalties and an own goal, you know things aren’t going for you. With hindsight, I’m glad I never went really. This is not down to the defeat, but again another inept referring display. How can these impotent fools continually get away with it ? Were talking about peoples livelihoods here, not just a game, players careers do depend on it. Yet if Jan or any manager complains he is investigated by the F.A., and according to ITV teletext, Jan could be charged. What about the ref’s display?

How I would do it is firstly, use every available amount of technology going. Cameras for goal line decisions, and penalties, possibly even offsides. In fact I would go as far to say I wouldn’t mind if it was all done by technological means, at least the decisions would be correct. Of course not of all this would come in, but in the absence of help I would judge refs much closer. Like on Saturday when the penalty was given for a foul by Sall on former Harrier Drewe Broughton. This is when the nearest player was Craig Hinton, who in no way could be mistaken for big Abdou. If the ref gave this decision, then it emerged that an error such as this occurred then something should be done. Basically he should be having a few Saturday’s off, which no doubt would spoil his wife’s sex life. It was the same the week before with the disallowed goal against Yeovil. If the refs explanation didn’t add up, then he should be suspended.

Anyway, rant over. We cannot just blame poor officials for our current plight and need to get going again. I would expect some player movement before Saturday’s clash with Swansea City. I will update the site later in the week with Swans preview and any other news.
