Confession & Update

Anfield

OK I admit it, I didnt go to Mansfield, the scene of Harriers defeat. Instead I went and watched Liverpool beat Villa at Anfield 1-0 So a dissapointing defeat for Harriers at Mansfield, and according to reports, we could feel a little unlucky. Of course, we did miss a great chance before the Stags took the lead, when Graham Ward missed a penalty. Lets hope we can get back on track, at Molinuex on Tuesday and probably more importantly, next Saturday against Darlo.
CONFESSION
Yes I made my 1st trip ever to Anfield yesterday to see the other boys in Red take on Villa. I've followed (not supported, as this was my 5th ever game) Liverpool for many years and took a rare opportunity to actually go to Anfield. I must admit I was impressed and maybe now Molinuex wont seem as big to me, on Tuesday night.
THE HIGHLIGHT
The highlight of the Liverpool game for me was the appearance of our former keeper Paul Jones in goal for the Reds. He received a fantastic welcome from the Kop and also from the entire ground. Jona made one good save and kept a clean sheet. Its goes to show I can never escape the Harriers. Our Lord, Mr Molby, was in mentioned in the programme, and I also bumped into a Harriers steward.
Wolves preview to follow, apparently tickets are still available (see official site)
