Former Manchester United forward Eddie Johnson has joined League One outfit Bradford City on a free transer. The 21-year-old was released by Sir Alex Ferguson at the end of last season. New Page 2

Bradford City have completed the signing of former Manchester United forward Eddie Johnson.

The 21-year-old Johnson was released from United's playing squad at the end of last season having failed to break into the first-team.

He has signed a two-year deal at Valley Parade, with the Yorkshire club fighting off competition from the likes of Crewe Alexandra, Port Vale and Barnsley for the player's signature.
