Nemanja Vidic has revealed his delight at his start to life at Old Trafford. The defender completed a move to the Premiership from Spartak Moscow during the January transfer window, and has already impressed with his tenacious attitude and battling approach to the English game. New Page 6

Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic has expressed his delight at how his move from Spartak Moscow to Old Trafford has developed so far.

"I played 12 matches and I am not only satisfied - I am delighted." said the 24-year-old.

"In every training session I learn something from Rio Ferdinand, Edwin van der Sar, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Ruud van Nistelrooy and all the other guys. They are phenomenal as people."

The towering centre-half, currently in preparation for Serbia & Montenegro's World Cup campaign, has made 15 appearances since his January transfer and has quickly settled to the pace of the English game.
