Ebanks-Blake Returns from Broken Leg

Sylvan Ebanks-Blake made a come back from a broken leg for the Red Devils reserves last night and saw out the game as United beat Leeds United 2-0. Ruud van Nistelrooy has reiterated his intentions to stay at Old Trafford despite tempting links to La Liga giants Barcelona and Real


The talented forward broke his leg last season in a reserve fixture with Middlesbrough and made good progress in returning to action from a serious injury.

Reserve boss Ricky Sbragia said: "We just have to be careful with Sylvan. He had 15 minutes last night just to give him a little boost.

"Now he may start on Thursday against Curzton Ashton."

The Cambridge-born youngster was linked with a move to Walsall last year but United refused to loan him out to the Saddlers.
