ManUtdWeb Player of the Season Gabriel Heinze is uncertain of his Old Trafford future after Malcolm Glazer completed his controversial takeover of MUFC. The Argentinean defender has also revealed his admiration for the supporters of the Red Devils, many of whom have protested against the takeover.

Manchester United left-back and ManUtdWeb Player of the Season has revealed Gabriel Heinze has admitted uncertainty after Malcolm Glazer completed his highly controversial £790million takeover of the Red Devils. The Argentinean international has quickly established himself as a fan favourite at Old Trafford, but feels troubled by the arrival of the American tycoon.

"The truth is I still don't know what the new owner's intentions are. I need to wait to see and to get an idea about the route the club is going." said the versatile tough-tackler.

"The players certainly haven't felt isolated from the demonstrations. They make sense because the fans feel a special affection for United."

The full intentions of Glazer's takeover are more than mysterious, but his plans will plunge the club into mammoth debt and also remove Manchester United from the stock exchange. Rumours have been circulating that players may need to be sold to help ease this debt, and this has seemingly caused some unrest amongst the United squad.
