A number of clubs from around Europe are eyeing up a possible Christmas swoop for unsettled United midfielder Kleberson when the transfer window re-opens in the New Year.

The Brazilian international has failed to live up to his £6 million price tag since his move from Paranaense to Old Trafford during the summer of 2003, and rumours suggest Kleberson could exit The Premiership only one and a half years after making the move to Lancashire.

Chances of holding down a possible place in the Brazilian national team and indeed the Red Devils squad are becoming increasingly thin due to the number of lengthy injuries Kleberson has sustained, hampering first team appearances.

Various clubs haven't been shy in showing interest including German outfit Werder Bremen and also many clubs across Italy and Spain.

The question is whether Sir Alex Ferguson will let go of his signing so soon after purchasing him, so a loan move may help fitness and match practice.
