The Red Devils took on Martin O'Neill's Celtic last year in Seattle last year with Ruud van Nistelrooy, Ryan Giggs, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and David Bellion netting in an impressive 4-0 victory.

But the likes of Giggs, van Nistelrooy, Solskjaer and many other United stars will not be playing in this game due to Euro 2004, Copa America and various injuries. Instead a mixture of fringe and youth make up a depleted squad that will tackle AC Milan and Celtic in the final two games of the tour.

Sir Alex Ferguson and his young Red Devils started their tour with a 4-2 penalty shoot-out defeat by Bayern Munich after battling a goalless 90 minutes with the German giants.

However, Celtic have not shown the skill and poise that won them the SPL Championship last-season so far in their tour. The Hoops, without Martin O'Neill due to personal reasons, were beaten 4-2 by big-spenders Chelsea before letting Liverpool hammer them 5-1.

As for team-news, Spaniard Ricardo will replace Roy Carroll in-between the sticks as Ferguson looks to give all 3 goalkeepers a chance on the tour. But apart from that, it will pretty much be the same team that faced Bayern.

The game will be played at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field Stadium where Chelsea will play AC Milan a day after United's fixture.
