Sky Games Announced

Six of United's Premiership games before Christmas have been chosen for live Sky television coverage.

Five of these games have had to have their kick-off time/date altered to accommodate Sky.

The first game to be shown on Sky is United's visit to St.James' Park to face fellow Championship contendors Newcastle United. The game is still on Saturday 23rd August, with the kick-off time moved to 12 noon.

The Wolves game on August 27th has been selected for television coverage but the date or kick-off time have not been changed.

Arsenal's visit to Old Trafford has been moved to Sunday 21st September, with a 4.05 pm start.

The derby match with rivals Liverpool at Anfield will now be played on Sunday 9th November, with a noon kick-off.

United's visit to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea now takes place on Sunday 30th November, with a 4.05 pm start.

And finally, the Manchester derby at Old Trafford will remain on 13th December, but the kick-off will now be 12.30 pm.

More fixture changes are expected to be made as the PayPerView schedule is yet to be announced, and United will undoubtedly be selected for live Sky games in the second half of the season also.
