UCL qualification?

Manchester United remain six points behind the Premier League's top four following Everton's 1-1 draw at West Brom on Monday evening.

The Toffees could have leapfrogged Spurs and rivals Liverpool and climbed into the final Champions League qualification spot with victory at the Hawthorns.

An away win would have left United seven points behind fourth place - but Everton had to settle for a draw in the Midlands.

Kevin Mirralles fired Roberto Martinez's men ahead before the interval, but the Throstles restored parity in the second-half courtesy of Diego Lugano.

United sit seventh in the Premier League table following Sunday's 3-1 defeat at Stamford Bridge.
