Ex Rangers Youth prospect Scott Wilson is set to sign and be Jim Duffys second signing in his new spell at Dens Park. The tall defender is an excellent prospect and will have a good future ahead at only 25 year old.

Jim Duffy is currently looking at his next signing which is Ex Rangers defender Scott Wilson.

Scott Wilson is currently on loan at Portsmouth but his contract at Rangers is about to run out and he will be available on a Bosman.

He has impress the Portsmouth fans with his defensive qualities, Strength, Determination, composure, good touch and Control.  

The Portsmouth fans are wanting him to sign but it seems he would rather join Dundee and return to Scotland.

Scott Wilson become a Rangers Youth regular and went through the ranks at Rangers to become a promising star.  

He player in Champions League games age just 19 and has showing he can play at most levels.

Unfortunately Wilson was unable to compete with the likes of Amoruso, Numan, Konterman and Moore so moved to Portsmouth instead.

Now Wilson could be on his way to Dundee to line up in Defence with lee Wilkie and help make a more stable defence.

Jim Duffy knows Wilson quite well since his time in England and would like to see the player Join Dundee.

At 25 Scott Wilson is still young and it would make our defence even taller with him measuring in at 6'3.

It would be a great signing of a young experienced player and I would definitely welcome him.
