The Shaymen put on a nice show at home with win over the lads from Aldershot putting two in goal and not giving up a goal. This bolts the Shaymen to thrid in the table. The Shayman score early in this match as Dean Howell finds an open Ryan Sugden who finds the back of the net just 5 minutes into the match. Dean Howell gave the Aldershot all the could handle playing some great balls into the area throughout the first half. Just before the half ended Aldershot had a goal called back on an offsides call. At the half Halifax 1 Aldershot 0

The second half found Aldershot pressing hard but the failed to find the net. Halifax secured the win as Ryan Sugden put a nice ball to Lewis Killeen who put his own rebound in for a goal in the 71st minute. The win bolts Halifax Town to third on the table with the win.
