Airdrie fans would have been forgiven to think Albion Rovers were going to win yesterday and that was shown in the prediction leagues selections yesterday, but something changed yesterday some trialists were brought in some loan players were given a game and Adam Brown got booked for making a tackle. Are things on the up or does the departure of Willie Aitchison add to the turmoil?

Airdrie began the game quickly with Loanee Ryan Tierney getting on the scoreboard after only three minutes, a start Airdrie fans could only dream of. We didn't hold on to the lead long though when Joao Vitoria equalised seven minutes later.

It was Hamilton Loanee Ryan Tierney who would have the last say on 16 minutes, a great start to a local derby three goals in 20 minutes this had the potential to be a massive scoreline but it wasn't meant to be and the game ended 2-1 to the Diamonds.

Prediction League

Pesadilla holds on to top spot after three games but the 2-1 scoreline has lifted a few of the competitors in to challenging positions.
