So after the excitement of the International break Airdrie are back in action in the Ladbrokes first division, this time against bottom of the league Peterhead, please remember that tomorrow’s match kicks off at 5:15pm due to TV coverage.

The build-up and resulting over reaction to the obviously leaked news that the club had chosen to conduct an internal review has been fun to watch, but it leads me to a question when did everything linked to the club become a drama?

But enough about that on to the prediction league and tomorrow’s match.

Prediction League

After our last match where Kevin McBrides Airdrie beat Alloa 2-1 away from home, The Man In Black jumped to the top of the prediction league, no wonder he’s happy with the current situation. In second place is little old me that is if Sefton Blue doesn’t get in contact by kick off tomorrow to pay his entry money. The same goes for Carluke Diamond both riding high but with no chance of winning Daniel Boateng’s signed top at the end of the season.

Hopefully we can exploite Peterhead's issues as they clearly have more problems than us, as I thought they would be challenging for top 4. They can score goals but if the reasonable (struggling with anything more positive) Airdrie turn up we should be able to see them off. This of course fully depends on the defence, I dispare some weeks at how easy some players can skip straight through and get a shot off. A solid defensive display will surly give us a fair chance as I can see us scoring most weeks.
