Wk 36 Prediction League Airdrie 1 Vs. 1 Albion Rovers report

If nothing else comes of the 2015 - 2016 season at least we can say we weren't beaten in any of our local derby's against Albion Rovers. Airdrie really needed to put pressure on Stranraer ahead of our match with them next weekend but our 1-1 draw and Stranraer's 2-1 defeat to Ayr means it's all to play for.

There wasn't much to write home about in the first half both teams huffed and puffed but neither team had the presence in front of goal to mae the difference. On 55 minutes captain Marc Fitzpatrick opened the scoring for Airdrie with a great strike from outside the penalty box. Unfortunately it wasn't enough and Alistair Love tapped home the equaliser after the ball was struck in to the Airdrie penalty box.

Prediction League

With five games to go and 15 points to play for it's still anyones competition but at the moment Pesadilla has top spot.
