Airdrie drew against Brechin at the weekend 3 - 3 after finishing the first half 3 - 1 up. Goals from Jim Lister opened the scoring after only 13 minutes only to see Lewis Spence equalise ten minutes later. Sean Crighton gave Airdrie the lead scoring twice in two minutes to give the Diamonds a 3-1 lead at half time, job done you would think? 

Maybe that's what the team thought as well because by all accounts the never showed for the second half Thomson made it 3 -2 five minutes after the restart and then Dods broke the Airdrie faithfulls hearts with the equaliser on the 80th minute.
