The weeks break away from competitive fixtures seems to have done the Diamonds some good as they bring back the three points from Stair Park, after a 3-1 away win.

Bryan Prunty opened the scoring just before the break Stranraer goal keeper spilled the ball after a good save and Prunty pounced.

After the restart got on the end of a Fitzpatrick cross to extend Airdrie lead.

Stranraer got back in to the game with a header from Malcolm but Liam Watt sealed the points for the Diamonds with with a goal on the 70th minute.

Prediction League 

The Man in Black has once again extended his lead to three points as he holds on to pole posisition.
