Airdrieonians play Stranraer in what many fans think is a must win game for Jimmy Boyle, a defeat may not be the end of the season for the club but it will put a massive dent in the hopes of the fans.
But as fans we have to be careful, those of us who feel the the managers position is already untenable, need to celebrate if tomorrow's match ends in a victory, as the players need to know we support them. Why? Simply to avoid an up hill struggle should Jimmy Boyles tenancy end shortly.
At the moment only one person is predicting an away win for tomorrow's game.

I agree entirely with the sentiments and will be more than happy to celebrate a victory. JB is quoted in the Tiser as being unworried about our early season position and I can understand why he would say that but the signs from last season of his poor performance are quite clear already. I will support the club but fear we are driving away any marginal fans. Lets hope Stranraer are as poor as they were on previous visits-any one remember the 8-1 game at Broadwood?
We don't owe the players anything, regardless of the @#$%& that's in charge THEY have lets US down by underperorfming so far this season. And another thing, it's the managers job to ensure the players a up for it, not the fans!!!

On the 8-1 game I am sure Kenny Brannigan was their centre half and he was one of the four sent off. He would not survive long in todays red card scenarios.
Like rusty 2 I was all over the place when they led 2-1 today and it was Coults goal which restored some optimism and the effort shown to get a winner was commendable but our general passing was dreadful which must be down to team selection_ Blockley has done little for a season to justify central midfield whilst Sinclair is a bit lightweight and does not link up much play.Maybe Hardie will feature?
