Airdrie Vs Livingston

Happy New Year to all football fans as we move slowly towards the first Scottish matches of 2009, with the transfer window opening every one hopes we can strengthen but until then we take on Livingston with a squad who has not lost against the Lions this season.

We all know the situation, we need points to help get us off the bottom of the league and Kenny will set out not to lose any games between now and the end of the season. Would picking up a point a game be enough to keep us in the first division?

Kenny Black other than Paul Lovering has a full squad to choose from, Matt Hazely who has been out of the squad after suffering from a virus has now returned and will be available for selection.

Can Airdrie win this one? Well Livi seem to be doing all they can to help us, rumours continue about unpaid wages and they are still be without injury-hit duo Liam Fox and Raffaele de Vita while Calum Elliot played the last game of his loan spell in midweek. Elliot may still feature for the Lions as they're in discussions to try and keep him until the end of the season.

Prediction Stats Livingston v Airdrie
Home Win: Percentage 28% [15]
Away Win: Percentage 37% [20]
Draw: Percentage 33% [18]
