The quarters finals of the Alba challenge cup will be played on Sunday 7th of September, why you may ask? Scotland are Scheduled to play Macedonia away from and it was expected the match would be played at either 3:00pm or 5:00pm so the matches were changed to the Sunday. With the International match now scheduled to kick off at 8:00pm could some games be changed.

Airdrie have been drawn to play Cowdenbeath away.

Cowdenbeath made it to this stage of the competition when they beat Albion Rovers 3 - 2 on Tuesday night. They had previously beaten Elgin City 2 - 0 away from home.

Oh well it could have been Cliftonhill if we'd just managed to beat the sods!

Central Park is best if you only go to the bar and the stand, avoiding the open terracing and toilets is recommended.

As we were there on Tue and again this Sat I follow that advice.
