Stalybridge Celtic make the short trip to Hilton Park on Saturday afternoon in RMI's second home game of the week, with Andy Nelon's side desperate to avenge Tuesday's 1-0 defeat to Droylsden.
RMI return to action on Saturday afternoon when Stalybridge are the visitors to Hilton Park, with Leigh looking to avenge the disappointing 1-0 defeat at home to Droylsden on Tuesday night.
Although the Bloods are tipped for promotion this season, RMI had much of the play on Tuesday night and will be looking to make up for it tomorrow afternoon as they look for their second victory from the three opening games of the season.
RMI's giant centre back Liam Coyne is a doubt for Saturday's game after coming off with an injury on Tuesday night, while Gareth Stoker is in line to finally make his first starting appearance of the season after a long period on the sidelines, hopefully adding plenty of steel and experience to the RMI midfield.
Stalybridge's last visit to Hilton Park was a pretty uneventful 1-1 draw in the FA Trophy, only for the game to be followed by much controversy with RMI alleged to have fielded an ineligible player, an offence for which they were thrown out of that season's competition as a result.
A large, vocal number of travelling fans are expected to make the trip, so it's up to the RMI fans to respond to that and get behind Andy Nelson's young charges right from the start on Saturday, come on Leythers!!
