To allow ongoing pitch maintenance to be properly completed at Crilly Park, Leigh Genesis' fixture against Skelmersdale United on Saturday will now become an AWAY fixture.
Kick off at The Skelmersdale & Ormskirk College Stadium will be at 3pm as Leigh look to build on Tuesday night's terrific 2-0 win away to Mossley.
The return fixture will now take place at Crilly Park on Tuesday 22nd March with a 7.45pm kick off.
Work is still taking place on the Crilly Park pitch to ensure that the drainage on the troublesome Main Stand touchline can now deal with a large amount of rain, with the maintenance completed in time for a home game against Lancaster City at Crilly Park next Tuesday (1st March, 7.45pm kick off).
Leyther_Matt Here's hoping the pitch problems get sorted once and for all - we've got 11 (ELEVEN!) home games left which can only be an advantage, I'm sure.
From what I can gather from LRs website they seem to have TWELVE home games left, so the pitch is going to get some serious hammer with 23 games in little over 10 weeks, like you say just hope the improvements work, and we also have no more really bad weather.

Pipes going in at the weekend apparently so should hopefully clear it up in one swoop barring deluges.
