Young midfielder who has represented the Leigh Genesis youth team and made his first team debut as a substitute in a 3-1 defeat against Bamber Bridge at Crilly Park on Saturday 11th December, the first game of Alan Kershaw's management of the first team.

His full debut came in a 1-0 loss at home to Wakefield at Crilly Park on Monday 3rd January 2011.

Kelly's first goal for Leigh came in spectacular fashion with a 30 yard scorcher in a 3-1 loss away to Garforth Town on Tuesday 18th January 2011.
