Leigh RMI vs. Cammell Laird preview

After the disappointment of falling to a league defeat at Harrogate last weekend, RMI are in FA Trophy action this weekend, hoping to do better than their last knock-out appearance which resulted in Lancashire Trophy defeat to Nelson. Unibond League Division One side Cammell Laird visit Hilton Park having already won two previous games in this year's FA Trophy, with an emphatic 4-0 victory at Frickley being followed by a 2-1 home win over Mossley.

After winning four league games in succession, Lairds came back down to earth with an almighty bump with a 4-1 defeat at Gresley Rovers, the same day that RMI fell to a 2-1 defeat in the Harrogate rain.

With a cheque for £3,000 on offer for the victors, as well as the chance to test their arm against Conference National opposition in the First Round Proper, it's a tie that is well worth winning at Hilton Park (3pm kick off, Saturday November 25th).
