After falling to an injury time goal in Saturday's 2-1 defeat at home to Kettering, RMI have an immediate chance to make amends when struggling Lancaster City make the short journey to Hilton Park on Tuesday evening. After going through a period of four games without conceding a goal earlier this month, RMI have now suffered two defeats on the spin with one goal losses to table-toppers Blyth and high-flying Kettering respectively, but they have a big chance to get back on track when struggling Lancaster are the visitors for a 7:45pm kick off.

The Dolly Blues go in to this Lancashire derby on the back of a 1-0 defeat at Nuneaton, meaning their record currently stands at just two points so far this season from seven matches, leaving them second bottom in the Conference North ahead of Scarborough, who started the season on minus ten points.

After a particularly vocal crowd on Saturday contributed to RMI's biggest league crowd of the season so far, Leigh boss Stuart Humphreys will be hoping for more of the same as he looks to make Hilton Park a tough place for teams to visit and get as many points from home games as possible during the course of the season.

After starting on the substitutes bench on Saturday, striker Chris Simm looks set to return to the starting line up alongside Chris McDonagh up front, while right back Gavin Lee Ellison will be looking to regain his spot ahead of recent signing Paul Howarth, while midfielder Hugh McAuley will be looking to make his full debut after appearing as a substitute against his former club Kettering on Saturday.
