With Dunfermline playing Rangers in the Scottish Cup on Sunday it makes you wonder what could have been.
After losing out in disappointing fashion in the earlier round of the Scottish Cup, I will be sitting at home this Sunday thinking about what could have been had Hibernian Football Club put up a bit of a spirited showing against Dunfermline and what it may have meant to the club, we are all very aware of the financial difficulties Hibs find themselves in, with the game tomorrow being televised Hibs would have picked up a nice we cheque for around £80K and although our attendances have been pretty poor of late I would have thought a crowd of 13000 plus would have filled Easter Road. The game would also have kept the players ticking over nicely with the run in to the split being of huge importance to us.
Unfortunately we have no one to blame but ourselves
