3 of Wales' 4 regions are in action this weekend in what promices to be a great few days of sport. The Dragons have a week off as their original opponents, the Scarlets, are once again in a cup semi-final.

The Blues take on the Ospreys in a Welsh derby at the Arms Park tonight, and the Scarlets play Bath in the Millenium Stadium for a spot in the Powergen Cup final.

Starting with the derby match, the Blues play the Ospreys in a crunch match for all the Welsh sides. Cardiff beat the Celtic champion in their own back yard in December, but a slump in from has seen the capital lose all their games in 2006. Also, Cardiff have failed to score a try in the last 3 games, but leaked over 80 points!

The match kicks off at 7.10, and by the end, we'll know who's looking more likely to be battling it out for the play-off spot come the final few weeks.

The Saturday match represents Wales' final chance at any kind of trophy. The cup kings, Llanelli Scarlets are once again Wales' only hope in the tournament, and they've reached another semi-final, but with oppents Bath picking a strong side, Wales may still have an empty trophy room come the end of the season.

With Wales out of the 6 Nations, all 4 sides out of the Heineken cup and our best placed Celtic league side in 5th, there's alot of hope riding on the former Celtic champions to bring back the English cup.

Llanelli will be without Dwaine Peel for the match, but elsewhere look like a very convincing outfit.

Kick off is 5.15 and is the second of a double header semi-final at the Millenium stadium on Saturday.
