Bednar to leave the Hawthorns for good

West Bromwich Albion striker Roman Bednar believes that he has left the Hawthorns for good, after agreeing a loan spell at Championship side Leicester City until January.  Bednar is happy with his decision to make the move to the Walkers Stadium, where the opportunity for first team football will be a welcome break for the 27 year old.

Leicester boss Sven-Goran Eriksson will be relieved to have the experience of Bednar, who helped win promotion for the Baggies on two occassions.  HIs side currently sit in 17th position in the Championship.

Bednar is relishing the prospect of first team football, and believes that his time at West Brom is over.  The Czech International believes that Baggies boss Roberto Di Matteo has lost faith in him and does not see a return to the Hawthorns on the cards for his future.

I think he is right to move on. Will find it difficult to get a game under Di Matteo.
