Albion's 27 year old midfielder, Andrade Filipe Teixeira, is set to return to England next week to step up his recovery from the injury which has kept him sidelined since the 1st March. Teixeira missed the remaining 8 weeks of Albion's promotion winning season after requiring surgery to correct an injury he picked up during the Baggies 3-0 win at Plymouth Argyle.
Teixeira has spent the majority of the summer at home in Portugal, where he as been recovering from his surgery. But he will return to England early next week to allow West Brom's medical staff oversee the the final stage of his recovery.
Nobody at the club can be specific about how far away a full return will be for the midfielder, but it is hoped that he will begin some light training this week with a view to rejoining his team mates on the training field a week or two later.
