Striker Roman Bednar, who finished the season as Albions second highest scorer behind Kevin Phillips, has finally become a proper Baggie by making his move from Hearts permanent. The Czech international finalised personal terms with the club last week.

After paperwork between Albion and Hearts was finally completed over the weekend, the club announced on Monday that Roman Bednar had signed a permanent deal worth £2.3 million.

The contract will keep Bednar at the club for three years.
