Albion reach new record for season ticket sales

West Bromwich Albion have revealed that season ticket sales have reached an all time high as the club prepares for its return to the Premiership next season. Sales have reached 20,000 and the club have revealed that a waiting list for fans has already exceeded the 1,100 mark. Any new ticket sales will now be totally dependant upon any exisiting ticket holders not renewing,

Last Season Albion had 16,000 non-corporate season ticket holders, and made an additional 5,000 season tickets available for new buyers this year. 

The 5,000 additional seats were snapped up more than 2 weeks ago, and people currently waiting to hear news on whether or not they will get a season ticket will have to rely upon exisitng ticket holders not renewing, of which there are currently 1,800.

Exisiting season ticket holders have until 1pm on Friday 30th May to renew their seat for next season.  After this time tickets will be made available to people currently on the waiting list.

Demand for season tickets is believed to be at an all time high because of the Baggies return to the Premiership after a two year absence, but also because of the fantastic offers on prices after the club reduced its prices for a second consecutive year, making the price a good deal regardless of the Baggies league status at the end of the season.
