Ralf Schumacher has recieved yet another penalty, this time adding half a second onto his qualifying time.We can all remember our despair at the San Marino Grand Prix when Ralf was handed a 25 second penalty for Ralf's unsafe manoevre in the pit lane.

Not so happy: Ralf will have 0.5 seconds
added to his qualifying time.

This time however, it was not Schumacher's fault.

Tyre manufacturer Michelin have apoligised for a 'human error.' The penalty is down to the fact that Michelin hand not marked the tyre. The French tyre manafucturer say that Ralf gained no advantage over the other runners.

Not meaning to rub salt into the wound, but BPKraft86 pointed out on the message board that half a second separated 2nd on the grid to 8th. It probably couldn't have come at a worst time on a track where it is almost impossible to overtake.

Both Michelin and a Toyota spokesman have confirmed that they will not appeal against the decision.

Maybe a one-stop race is on the cards for Ralf?
