Cardoza banned

Centurions centre Dale Cardoza has been hit with a ban fine following an incident in last weekend's 12-10 defeat against Oldham Roughyeds. Cardoza has been banned for three matches with immediate effect and fined £150 following an illegal use of the elbow during the second half at Boundary Park.

Match referee Peter Taberner missed the incident but put it on report which led to Cardoza appearing before an RFL Disciplinary Panel at the RFL Headquarters at Red Hall in Leeds.

Cardoza will miss Sunday's vital Arriva Trains Cup Semi Final against Whitehaven and also games against Dewsbury Rams and local rivals Salford City Reds.
