Honda Racing F1's strong testing form continued yesterday as Rubens Barrichello and Jenson Button again finished just behind World Champion Fernando Alonso.
Despite a problem forcing Rubens to stop for some time in the afternoon, both drivers covered a good number of laps, with increasing pace and consistency.
Button spent most of the day running through a tyre evaluation programme, while Barrichello worked through a chassis set-up programme, completing a total of 60 laps over the course of the day, despite his earlier setback.
Honda Racing F1 continue at Jerez today.
