BAR-Talk.com Belgium Fantasy F1 Results

The Belgium GP was a bit of a hit and miss affair, literally for many teams, as the BAR-Talk.com Fantasy F1 championship presses on. Toyota supporters did particularly well, with their chassis and engines getting good grid positions and two top eight finishes, as well as fastest lap, but Trulli's off and Ralf's disappearing pace brought the driver side down a little.

As is becoming the norm, both Kimi Raikkonen and Fernando Alonso scored well, with the Finn just edging out the probably 2005 champion.

There were three top scorers this weekend, with Newtown F1 Racing (Sauber entry), Winston Racing Inc (BAR) and zakir89 (Ferrari) all scoring 388. The combination of a McLaren-Mercedes driven by Raikkonen and Villeneuve on Michelin tyres was unbeatable - proof that gambling on good result for the ex-champion pays off occasionally.

The top two position still haven't changed, however, with eVince and Dragon's Fang dominating - their 142 point lead might be enough to take the championship, although there's still 1,500 points available.
