More trouble looms for BAR as PPGI apparently have another court order stating that the three cars BAR took to France, and had impounded on Friday, shouldn't be taken out of the country. Translating a document with our best schoolboy French, it appears that PPGI are reminding BAR that "the court has once more recognised the good nature of our plea by authorising us to take hold of the cars/engines designated by us, to give us warranty for our financial claims to the amount of US$3.2 million.

"We hope that BAR will respect the decision made by the court and not disappear with the goods taken," continued the release, before stating BAR could face further action if they do remove the goods.

To further rub salt in the wounds, PPGI goes on with "But our main concern is the one of BAR's insolvability illustrated by it's financial audit revealing an incontestable structural deficit. Lets also add, that our worries comes from the refusal to communicate relative documents which are linking BAR and Teleglobe will re-inforce if necessary our position."

"En soulevant un inutile moyen de procédure dilatoire, British American Racing (BAR) nous a offert l’opportunité de saisir un nouveau Tribunal (le troisième). Ce Tribunal désigné par notre débiteur même, a une nouvelle fois reconnu le bien fondée de notre demande, en nous autorisant à saisir le matériel roulant désigné par nous, pour garantir notre créance à concurrence de la contre valeur en euros de US$32 million.

"Nous espérons que BAR respectera la décision de justice, et ne disparaîtra pas avec les biens saisis. Dans ce cas, nos avocats sous la conduite de Me Maxime GORRA s’attacheront à faire sanctionner pénalement au besoin, les auteurs, les complices et les receleurs.

"Mais notre souci majeur est celui de l’insolvabilité de BAR, illustré par ses bilans financiers révélant un déficit structurel incontestable. Ajouterons-nous, que participe de notre inquiétude le refus de transmission des pièces relatives aux accords ayant liés BAR et Téléglobe, qui renforceraient si nécessaire notre position."
