Blues aim to stay above Reds

I hate the nerves that come with derby games. It will be absolute agony as the 90 minutes tick by, made worse by looking at your watch every other minute.

The main discussion about the Blues’ line-up is about who will start up front, with Moyes able to select any from Campbell, Rooney, Radzinski and Ferguson. While I doubt Big Dunc will start I’m sure that he’ll come on to terrorise the defensive duo of Biscan and Traore. Moyes will probably stick with the usual back four, and retain the bald midfield of Carsley and Gravesen.

Liverpool will select a team made up of expensive flops and overhyped internationals.

The Blues will have to perform better than they did last Saturday when the quest for three points was helped along by errant finishing and dodgy goalkeeping. A win against the Reds would go a long way to ensuring that the Blues finish above them, but whatever happens it will be another unbearable game, with a stiff drink required at the final whistle.
