The Blues kept up their superb run with a 1-0 victory over Blackburn at Ewood Park. Kevin Campbell scored the all important goal, as the Blues made it 5 league victories in a row, the first time since the championsip winning 1986-87 season.

The goal came on 19 minutes when Carsley fed the ball through to Campbell who fired home from close range. In a frantic finale Wright saved brilliantly from Andy Cole. To make things even sweeter the Kopites could only draw with Sunderland, at this rate we'll catch them by Christmas.
