There is a strong suggestion that Sardis Road, the home of Pontypridd RFC is to be/has been sold to developers. For reaction reaction read on

As said above there is a strong rumour Sardis has been sold, the result of any such sale would have huge implications for the Valleys top rugby team and would have implications on the likelihood of any future professional team in the Wales.

The board may have a plan and may be planning a move to a new ground somewhere, at this stage its all up in the air and we'll keep you informed.

"Someone from Ponty Rugby Ltd Board of Directors please come on here and answer your shareholders, members and fans. 

I called for this last week and the silence is deafening.  

I beleive, legally as a Ltd company the board can make decisions in the best interests of the shareholders without consultation.  

However, if any decision has been made without consultation it goes completely against the promises made by the board for transparency and openness, if (and I repeat if) this is the case then the board should resign on mass."
