Leeds Tykes vs. Pontypridd

Pontyprid travel to Leeds this weekend with a 14 point advantage after last weeks 37 - 23 win at Sardis Road. This weekend we can expect the Tykes to be more of a challenge as coach Phil Davies has turned Headingley into something of a fortress with Leeds only having lost there once this season. However after a close encounter there last season in what was Lynn Howells first match back at Ponty, the traveling supporters will be hoping for a victory which will see Ponty progress to the quarter finals and face either Narbonne or Connacht.

Leeds were disappointing at Sardis Road last weekend and many people will have wondered how Ponty only managed a 14 point advantage. However, Lynn Howells was happy with the performance from his side and as a result, the same fifteen will start this weekend. On the other hand, Leeds coach Phil Davies has made a number of changes to his team as he tries to overturn Ponty's advantage.
