With TNS not in action over the weekend, Rhyl took advantage with a 2-0 victory at the Deeside Stadium against Connah's Quay Nomads. Marc Limbert and Steve Walters were on target for the travelling Lilywhites to send Rhyl top on goal difference. New Page 2

With Total Network Solutions not in action over the weekend, Rhyl took there opportunity to return to the top of the Welsh Premier with a 2-0 victory over Connah's Quay Nomads at the Deeside ground. First-half goals from Marc Limbert and Steve Walters were enough to give the travelling Lilywhites all three points, in front of a bumper crowd of 521 which was Nomads' highest attendance of the campaign and included a large and vocal away following from sunny Rhyl. The result is a blow to Nomads' hopes of qualification for the FAW Premier Cup, should the competition be in existence next season, leaving Neville Powell's side in ninth place.
