The Swans go looking for all three points at The Vetch tonight in what is their game in hand on 7th placed Yeovil Town. Rochdale are the visitors to The Vetch Field for a 7:45pm kick-off. Lee Trundle could be named among the home side's substitutes.

| Tonight's game is a re-arranged fixture after the original date came
at a time when the Vetch Field pitch was frozen, just 10 days ago. The Swans will be going for a third win in four games after beating Leyton Orient and Cambridge, gaining a point at home to leaders Doncaster in their last outing. To do that Brian Flynn will probably name an unchanged side from last Friday's draw with Doncaster, with the possibility of top scorer Lee Trundle returning from injury in a substitutes role. Swansea target, Paul Connor misses the game for Rochdale with a shin injury. The 25 year old is allegedly discussing personal terms with the Swans at the current time. If Swansea City are to maintain their push for the play-offs in the end of season run in then these sorts games should be won. At home to the side in 22nd position in the table, it may be scrappy but Flynn's men need to secure the points. |
