Town have extended the trial of Peruvians Tome and Madueno for a further two weeks.

Huddersfield Town, (that's us), are set to extend the trial of Peruvians Gianfranco Laborte Tome and Alonso Martinez Madueno for a further two weeks.

They arrived at the MacAlpine earlier in the week but are now probably going to stay for an extra fortnight, maybe Wadsworth thinks they are ok?  But in my opinion I can't see how a couple of freebie Peruvians are going the add anything other than depth and strength in numbers to the squad.

Mick is looking for new players and a refreshed team as he aims to improve on last season's final position of 6th.  Town looked strong as they beat Bishop Auckland and Halifax Town 4-0 and 2-0 respectively but lost 3-1 against Lancaster Town yesterday who shouldn't really have caused us to wet our pants.
